Cory Boughton

Cory has been working as a SAG-AFTRA actor since 2015 and has been a working actor since 2003. He grew up in Central Florida and began acting there at a very early age. After traveling cross-country several times in his 20’s, he eventually found and settled in Asheville in 2000. He worked with many of the theatre companies here and indie film companies during that time and returned to FL in 2008 to get his BA. In 2012, he moved to NYC where he worked as an actor, stand-in and photo double until 2019 when he happily returned to Asheville which is where he calls home.

Cory has been assisting many of our Hummingbird clients over the past two years as our Office Manager and Geoff’s personal assistant but is now a fully licensed Health Insurance Agent/Producer as well, able to assist our clients even further, along with adding his unique level of personal insight into the field of Health Insurance. Having been a part of the Asheville community since 2000, he has a distinct understanding of the city and its citizens as well as their range of very select health needs and his experience working with Hummingbird has shown him the scope of unique case solutions for our clients.
